What is the TRUTH? Is it the same as what we see?

What we see = what is happening?

or 

What we see + perceptions =/ what is happening?

Or is it,

From our point of view (lets see the other way round):

What we think is happening = (What we see + Perceptions)

and

Truth = (What we see + Perceptions) - Perceptions

If we minus the perceptions away, and let there be no perceptions, (+ Perceptions - Perceptions = 0) then what is "what we see" is actually the truth.

Truth = What we see

If "what we see" is the truth, then,

Isn't "what we see" essentially empty ?

From a mathematical psychological point of view. :)
